1.Current status
Business, creator, advertising, and marketplace features are in development and may not be available to you. The detailed terms for these features will be published here before they launch, and using them will require agreeing to the terms then in effect.
Until then, your use of the Services is governed by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
2.Business profiles
Business profiles, when available, may have additional verification, eligibility, and content requirements, and must accurately represent the business they claim to be.
3.Creator tools
Creator tools may include features for publishing, audience growth, and monetization. Creators will be responsible for the content they publish and for following these terms and applicable law.
4.Advertising and promotions
If advertising or paid promotions launch, advertisers and promoters must follow our ad policies and applicable law, and may not run deceptive, illegal, or prohibited promotions.
5.Marketplace listings
If a marketplace launches, listings must be accurate and lawful. Sellers are responsible for their listings, fulfillment, and compliance; buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before purchasing.
6.Seller responsibility
Sellers must have the right to sell the items or services they list, provide accurate descriptions, honor their commitments, and comply with consumer-protection, tax, and other applicable laws.
7.Buyer responsibility
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings, understanding what they are purchasing, and complying with applicable law. Transactions may be between you and the seller rather than with MigraTeck LLC.
8.Prohibited goods and services
Illegal goods and services, and regulated goods offered in violation of applicable law (such as firearms, drugs, or other controlled items), are prohibited, consistent with our Community Guidelines.
9.Paid promotion disclosure
Sponsored content and paid promotions must be clearly disclosed where required by law or our policies. You are responsible for making the disclosures applicable to your content.
10.Payments and refunds
Pricing, billing, taxes, payouts, refunds, and chargebacks for paid features will be governed by terms published before launch and by any checkout disclosures presented at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors under their own terms.
11.Supplemental terms may apply
Additional supplemental terms may apply to these features before they launch. Where supplemental terms conflict with our Terms of Service, the supplemental terms control for that feature.
