Practical steps to stay safe on AnnouPale.

Tools, controls, and contacts that help you protect your account and your experience in the community.

Protect your account

  • Never share your verification code with anyone. AnnouPale will never call or message you asking for it.
  • If someone asks for your OTP code, report them immediately.
  • Use a phone number or email address you control at all times.
  • If you lose access to your phone number, contact support before your account is locked out.

Control your privacy

  • Your phone number is never visible publicly on AnnouPale.
  • You can set your profile to public, followers-only, or private at any time in Settings.
  • You can turn off discoverability so people cannot find you by phone number or email.
  • You control who can comment on your posts.

If someone is harassing you

  • Block them directly from their profile. They will not be notified.
  • Report the behavior using the in-app report button. Our team reviews every report.
  • If you feel you are in physical danger, contact your local authorities first.

For younger users

AnnouPale requires users to be 13 or older. If you are under 18, we encourage you to speak with a parent or guardian before creating an account. Parents who believe a minor's account was created without consent can contact safety@annoupale.com.

Urgent safety concerns

For urgent safety issues β€” threats of violence, account compromise, or content that requires immediate removal β€” email safety@annoupale.com directly. For general support, use support@annoupale.com or visit our Help Center.
