1.Access my data
You can view much of your information directly in the Services (profile, posts, settings). You may also request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, subject to verification.
2.Correct my data
You can edit your profile and account details at any time. If information you cannot edit yourself is inaccurate, contact us to request a correction.
3.Delete my account
You can delete your account from your account settings or by contacting privacy@annoupale.com. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for limited legitimate purposes such as fraud and abuse prevention.
4.Delete content
You can delete individual posts, media, and messages you have created. Content you shared with others, or copies they saved, may remain with them. We may retain limited copies where required for safety, security, or legal reasons.
5.Download or export my data
Where available, you can request an export of your data in a portable format. We are expanding self-service export tools; in the meantime you can request an export by contacting our privacy team.
6.Opt out of sale or sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. If, in the future, any processing qualifies as a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law (such as certain targeted advertising), you will be able to opt out, and we will provide the required controls.
7.Limit use of sensitive data
Where applicable law gives you the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, you can exercise that right by contacting our privacy team. We use sensitive information only as needed to provide and secure the Services.
8.Contact the privacy team
Submit privacy requests to privacy@annoupale.com. See also our Contact & Legal Requests page.
10.How we verify requests
To protect your information, we verify privacy requests before acting on them — for example, by confirming control of the phone number or email on the account. If we cannot verify a request, we may be unable to fulfill it.
11.Response timelines
We aim to acknowledge and respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. If we need more time for a complex request, we will let you know and explain why, to the extent the law allows.
