1.Respect and authenticity
Treat every member with respect and be who you really are. Use your real identity, do not create deceptive or fake accounts, and engage in good faith. These guidelines apply across the Services, including in private messages.
2.No harassment, hate, threats, or exploitation
There is no place for harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, hateful conduct, threats of violence, or attempts to exploit or endanger others. This includes targeting people based on who they are.
3.No sexual exploitation or abuse
We prohibit non-consensual sexual content, sextortion, and the sexual exploitation or abuse of any person. Explicit sexual content is not permitted in posts, profiles, public comments, or shared media.
4.No child safety violations
Content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors is strictly prohibited and results in immediate removal, a permanent ban, and a report to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC where applicable. See our Children & Age Policy.
5.No scams, spam, or fraud
Do not run scams, deceptive promotions, phishing, or coordinated inauthentic behavior, and do not send unsolicited bulk messages. Attempts to deceive members into giving money or personal information are treated as serious violations.
6.No dangerous organizations or violent extremism
We prohibit content that promotes, supports, or represents terrorist or violent extremist organizations, or that praises or incites acts of mass violence.
7.No illegal or regulated goods
Do not use the Services to buy, sell, or facilitate illegal goods or services, or regulated goods (such as firearms, drugs, or other controlled items) in violation of applicable law.
8.No malware, platform abuse, or scraping
Do not distribute malware, attempt to compromise accounts or systems, interfere with the Services, or scrape, crawl, or harvest data using unauthorized automated means.
9.No privacy invasion or doxxing
Do not share someone’s private information without consent — including phone numbers, addresses, private photos, private conversations, or screenshots shared to harass or harm.
10.No impersonation
Do not impersonate other people, public figures, organizations, or AnnouPale, Pale, or MigraTeck LLC, or misrepresent your affiliation or identity.
11.No misinformation that causes real-world harm
Do not share false or manipulated information that is likely to cause real-world harm — for example, content that could endanger health or safety, suppress voting, or incite violence. We focus enforcement on demonstrable, serious harm rather than ordinary disagreement or opinion.
12.Group and community admin responsibilities
If you create or administer a group or community, set clear rules, moderate content within your space, and enforce these guidelines. Admins who allow or encourage repeated violations may lose admin privileges, and the space may be removed.
13.Live room conduct
In live and voice rooms, hosts are responsible for the conduct of their room, and all participants must follow these guidelines. Do not use live audio or video to harass, threaten, share prohibited content, or record others without any consent the law requires. See our Live, Voice & Messaging Terms.
14.Messaging conduct
Private messages are not a free pass. Harassment, threats, spam, scams, and prohibited content are not allowed in messages, and you can report messages that violate these guidelines.
15.Moderation and appeals
We review reports using a mix of automated tools and human review. Depending on severity and history, consequences range from a warning, to reduced visibility, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal. You can appeal enforcement decisions — see our Safety & Enforcement Policy.
16.Special rules for groups, live rooms, marketplace, and business pages
Community administrators are responsible for moderating their spaces. Hosts of live and voice rooms are responsible for participant conduct. Marketplace and business features, when available, carry additional rules under our Creator, Business & Marketplace Terms. Repeated violations within a space can lead to its removal.
