1.Reporting
You can report content, accounts, communities, messages, and live sessions using the in-app report tools, or by contacting safety@annoupale.com. Reports help us identify violations of our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
2.Review process
We review reports using a combination of automated detection and trained human reviewers. We consider context, severity, intent, and a user’s history. We prioritize reports involving imminent harm and child safety. We cannot guarantee that all harmful content will be detected, but we act on violations we identify.
3.Enforcement actions
Depending on the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- A warning;
- Content removal;
- Feature restrictions (for example, limited posting or messaging);
- Reduced visibility in discovery;
- Temporary account suspension;
- Permanent account ban;
- Removal of a group or community;
- A report to law enforcement or other authorities where legally required or appropriate.
4.Appeals
If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you can appeal. Contact support@annoupale.com with your handle and the decision you are appealing. We review appeals and will reverse decisions we find to be incorrect.
5.Emergencies and imminent harm
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. For urgent safety issues on the platform — such as threats of violence or content requiring immediate removal — email safety@annoupale.com. We may act on, and disclose information about, imminent threats to life or safety as permitted by law.
6.Child safety escalation
Child sexual exploitation and abuse is reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and results in immediate removal and a permanent ban. See our Children & Age Policy.
7.Repeat offender policy
We track violations over time. Repeated or escalating violations lead to stronger actions, up to and including permanent removal. We also act against attempts to evade enforcement, such as creating new accounts after a ban.
8.Transparency (future improvement)
We plan to publish transparency reporting about enforcement and legal requests as the platform matures. This is a planned improvement and not yet a committed schedule; we will share details here when it is available.
