Children & Age Policy

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and they may not create accounts or use the Services.

If you are a teenager who meets the minimum age, your use is subject to the laws of your country or region, and where required by law you must have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Some regions set a higher minimum age for certain features.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information without the required consent, we will delete it.

If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will remove it. We may ask for age verification where appropriate and may restrict or remove accounts that do not meet our age requirements.

Parents or guardians who believe a minor’s account was created without consent, or who want a minor’s information removed, can contact safety@annoupale.com. We respond to these requests as required by law.

Content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors is strictly prohibited, results in immediate removal and a permanent ban, and is reported to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC where applicable. See our Safety & Enforcement Policy.

AnnouPale and Pale are general-audience services and are not designed for or directed to children under 13. We do not offer a child-directed experience unless one is separately designed, disclosed, and reviewed for compliance with applicable children’s privacy laws.
