Live, Voice & Messaging Terms

These supplemental terms apply when you use private messaging, voice rooms, and live audio or video. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict for these features, these supplemental terms control.

Private messages are not public. They may be processed to deliver and sync your messages, to operate safety and anti-abuse systems, to act on your reports, and to comply with legal obligations. Do not use messaging for spam, harassment, threats, fraud, or other prohibited conduct under our Community Guidelines.

When you host or join voice or live sessions, you are responsible for your conduct and, if you host, for participants’ conduct in your room. Sessions may be reviewed or monitored when reported or when reasonably necessary for safety, security, or legal compliance. Real-time media is carried by transport providers that process it to deliver the session.

Rooms may distinguish between listeners and speakers, and may use a “request to speak” flow where a host or moderator promotes listeners to speakers. Speakers and listeners must follow these terms and our Community Guidelines. Hosts and moderators may mute, remove, or restrict participants who violate the rules.

Do not record participants where recording without consent is prohibited by law; you are responsible for obtaining any consent the law requires. We do not record live sessions unless a recording feature is enabled and disclosed to participants.

If we introduce recording, replay, transcription, or similar features, we will provide notice and appropriate controls before they apply to you, and we will update these terms and our Privacy Policy accordingly.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. You can report urgent safety issues in live sessions or messages to abuse@annoupale.com or safety@annoupale.com. We may act on, and disclose information about, imminent threats to life or safety as permitted by law.

Real-time audio, video, and messaging depend on your device, network, and third-party transport providers. Quality, latency, and availability can vary, and sessions may drop or degrade. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free real-time communication.

Violations in messages, voice rooms, or live sessions are subject to our Safety & Enforcement Policy, including content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, and bans.
